Surgery Times

Reception Times:

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment. This is to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Your GP practice is open and if you need to see your GP, please ring us on 020 7795 8470.

You can also call NHS 111. Please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment.

If you are waiting for a check-up, please be assured we will be in touch.

Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, online and over the telephone. If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.

Extended Hours Services

If you wish to have an appointment outside of these times ask at Reception about the Extended Hub Services [Out of Hours].

The Practice offers extended hours appointments on site on Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

We now also offer some extended hours provision across our Primary Care Network - Bromton Health PCN. If you are unable to get an appointment at your own practice at a time that suits you, you may be able to book an appointment at another local practice. Your own practice’s reception team will be able to access these appointments, and book you in to them. The doctor or nurse that you see will be able to view your clinical record in order to support your care.

Brompton Health PCN has appointments available on some weekday mornings from 7-8am, weekday evenings until 8:30pm, and on Saturday mornings. Please note that, as with other bookable appointments, these are available on a first come first served basis.
