Reception Times:
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment. This is to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.
Your GP practice is open and if you need to see your GP, please ring us on 020 7795 8470.
You can also call NHS 111. Please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment.
If you are waiting for a check-up, please be assured we will be in touch.
Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, online and over the telephone. If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.
Reception is available from 8.00am for emergency appointment booking but the surgery doors open at 8.30am.

Extended Hours Services
If you wish to have an appointment outside of these times ask at Reception about the Enhanced Access Hub Services [Out of Hours].
The practice offers extended hours provision across the Brompton Health Primary Care Network. If you are unable to get an appointment at your own practice at a time that suits you, you may be able to book an appointment at another local practice or at one of the Enhanced Access HUBs: The Violet Melchett Health Centre or at St Charles Centre for Health and Wellbeing. Your own practice’s reception team will be able to access these appointments, and book you in to them. The doctor or nurse that you see will be able to view your clinical record in order to support your care.
The Enhanced Access HUBs have appointments available Mon-Fri 18.30-21.00 and Sat-Sun 08:00-20.00. Please note that, as with other bookable appointments, these are available on a first come first served basis.
