- What's your situation - Whether you need care or are a Carer both permanent or temporary, there is support available.
- Care services and advice - How to get care, the types of services and wellbeing advice such as respite care.
- Money and your rights - Do you know your tenancy rights as a carer? Are you aware of all the funding available? Do you need help with disability benefits or tax credits?

Local Carers Network - support for carers

Are you a carer? Do you look after someone? A parent, a partner, a friend or neighbour?
Carers Network is a local independent charity that can help you if you are over 18 and looking after an adult living in The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, City of Westminster or London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
They can help you with: carers assessments; information and advice; accessing grants to assist you in your caring role; social events and activities.
