One You Wellbeing Webinar Series for patients Posted on 13 Apr 2021

One You Kensington and Chelsea are hosting a series of webinars designed to help patients learn more about their health and wellbeing and how they can improve their wellbeing by introducing healthy behaviours and habits into their everyday lifestyle. It will also introduce patients to the One You services and give them the opportunity to self-refer. 


The three topics we will cover across the webinars: 

  1. Movement and exercise for health and wellbeing (Thursday 22nd April 15:00-16:00) 

  2. Eating well and nutrition for health and wellbeing (Friday 21st May 11:00-12:00) 

  3. Self-care and positive habits for health and wellbeing (Thursday 24th June 11:00-12:00)
