Specsavers booking appointment rules:

STORE 1: SPECSAVERS KENSINGTON STORE 158A CROMWELL ROAD, LONDON SW7 4EJ

Monday-Wednesday 10-3     Walk in service operates 12-1PM

STORE 2: SPECSAVERS FULHAM STORE 387 NORTH END ROAD, LONDON SW6 1NP

Wax removal operates Thursday, Friday and Sunday 10-3     Walk in services operates 12-1PM

• If the patients wax is soft, patient can walk in same day and have wax removed between 12-1PM

• If the patient has hard wax, please advise use of Earol/ Sodium Bicarbonate actively for 4 working days and advice patient to walk in 12-1PM

• If the patient wants to be seen at an allocated time, the patient can call the store and be booked in for an allocated wax removal appointment. PLEASE ADVICE PATIENTS A HEARING TEST/SCREENER IS NOT PART OF THIS CONSULTATION AND IS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE BOOKED PRIOR/POST removal of wax CHARGES

• If the wax is soft enough and is removed for one or both ears, there is a one-time charge of £55 If the patient is required to come in for a second session the patient will not need to pay again.

• If there is no wax, providing they come in walk In hours there is no charge however if an appointment is booked there will be a £25 consultation fee.

• CHARGES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE AND REMAIN THE SAME THROUGHOUT. The walk in service is exclusive to Kensington/Fulham and no other Specsavers store.
